Introduction

By using this website or placing an order through it, you are consenting to be bound by these Terms. These Terms may be amended. It is your responsibility to regularly read through them, as the Terms and the Data Protection Policies in force at the time that you use this website or at the time of the formation of the Contract (as defined below) shall be the applicable ones.

Available payment methods 

THE MOJO accepts iDEAL, Bancontact and bank transfers from most countries. We also accept PayPal from most countries.

Taxes and duties

The listed price of a product does not include delivery charges. Prices on the website are inclusive of Belgian VAT at the rate of 21%. Prices are exclusive of all other taxes and duties.
 

Availability of items 

All products listed on this website are subject to availability. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason without liability to you. We will inform you as soon as possible if we are for some reason unable to fulfil your order. If we are unable to supply any of the products you have ordered with us we will refund you in full if payment has been made.

We will do everything in our power to respect the target delivery times indicated and in any case to deliver within 30 days of ordering and payment.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel is sent you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment.

Return policy

You may request to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt of goods.

You can return or exchange items by writing to hello@themojoclothing.com

In your e-mail you should include the order number and list the items to be returned and the reason for return.

After submitting your notification you will receive an email  with detailed instructions to complete your return or exchange. You are advised to obtain and retain proof of postage until after your refund has been processed. Items returned to us without a return authorization number may face delays in processing and may not be accepted. Please note that it can take up to 30 working days for us to receive and process your return delivery, depending on your location.

THE MOJO cannot guarantee that items returned for exchange will remain available.

Terms and conditions of return

Items should be returned unused and with all garment tags still attached. They should be returned in the same condition in which you received them using packaging of adequate size and strength to ensure they are not damaged in transit, and preferably in their original packaging.

In case of a defective or incorrect item shipped by error by THE MOJO you are kindly asked to follow the same return process and to select the appropriate return reason. You can email photographs to us or attach them to your return request on the website to demonstrate the defect or error.

Please allow sufficient time for processed refunds to appear on your card or bank statement. Depending on the card issuer this may take up to twenty working days. Please note that it can take up to 30 working days for us to receive your return delivery.

Cancellation

If you have ordered the wrong item or placed an order by mistake, you are kindly invited to contact us via email to hello@themojoclothing.com to receive assistance. Please note that orders can only be canceled before we have begun processing them and before they have been shipped. If you would like to cancel an item or order after it has shipped, you must instead return it for a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method. We process refunds as quickly as possible, in accordance with payment clearing times.
